上期提到落枕或瞓捩頸可以分為跟肌肉相關、關節出現錯位及頸椎的椎間盤脫出壓到神經線等原因。筆者認為,睡眠可能只是落枕的導火線,所以,落枕前都會有一些前奏如:很累、經常需要低頭及肌肉疲勞等等,睡醒發現落枕情況,可能只是導火線。有些人會覺得這可能跟睡姿,或是枕頭有關,今期筆者會和大家分享選擇枕頭的小貼士。
