根據顧問公司McKinsey的調查指出,性別及種族多樣性較低的公司整體獲利會比包容度較高的公司低 29%。同樣,公司性別多樣性指數較高的管理團隊相比這方面指數較低的公司,表現亦比較出眾,用數字來看大概高出 21%。我們可以看到著重共融文化的重要性,管理團隊的多樣性愈高,表現愈佳。而企業擁有多元共融的理念,更能吸引與留住人才。 但事實與數據卻不一樣。根據Josh Bersin與全球800個人力資源管理專業人員的調查所得,40%的全球企業並沒有「多元」及「共融」的策略。76%亦沒有任何這方面的實行目標。75%並沒有將「多元」及「共融」放進管理人員的培訓中。只有 32% 的全球企業要求對員工作出這類型的培訓,而當中只有三份一的公司為經理級別提供培訓。最後,全球只有 22% 的受訪者相信公司在「多元」及「共融」上作出努力會讓員工及客戶更認識這方面的資訊。 ...
