The new year has started well for technical and management support services firm AECOM, which is busy with new projects and is recruiting for about 100 positions in Hong Kong, and more across Asia.

The transportation and geotechnical business lines are recruiting the most, partly because the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge construction received the go-ahead, after the judicial review of the environmental impact assessment.

"There are a high number of large infrastructure projects underway in Asia as well," says Kelly Tso, human resources director of AECOM in Hong Kong. "Opportunities are abundant, not only for engineers, architects, landscape designers and planners, but also support staff, such as human resources, IT, marketing and communications specialists."

AECOM has more than 3,200 staff in Hong Kong and over 6,000 in Asia. The company is riding on the momentum of strong performance and offers its engineers many opportunities to create a better world and help improve lives, says Tso.
