做好份Intern，為將來鋪路
對許多人而言，實習可能是進入某些行業或某些公司的唯一機會，因為多數實習工作對求職者的要求不如全職那般高，有時企業為了應付暑假或行業高峰期而增聘一些人手應市，篩選履歷時標準也會比平常為低。這意味著這是一次好機會，比畢業時跟「全世界」火拼的成功獲聘機會為高。
我不建議純為賺錢而做的實習，不是說錢不重要，而是這種短期性質的工作，錢相較其他方面的裨益根本來得微不足道。為了高一點的人工待遇，可能只是一餐飯仔，而放棄更能令自己得益的機會就實在太短視了。認真，做好呢份工，分分鐘影響自己一世。
1. 認識真實的工作情況：一般來說，全職工作的壓力較實習大，實習正正給予你一個親身體驗的機會，以便你更了解自己的喜好、能力、理想。在過程中明確了解自己不能接受的東西，日後真正求職時目標便能更清晰，省回很多試工、轉工的時間。
2. 不要只為學分而做：大專院校不少學系都會為同學仔安排實習機會，更有很大的比例是計入學分，但計分權重一般不會很高，導致有些同學們只為完成兩三個月的實習期交差就了事。既然機會放在眼前，同學應該調整心態，不要只求混個學分，橫豎都要做，何不認真對待學習過程，以取得最大的得著?履歷也不只增加一項「在 XXX 實習三個月」的空洞陳述，而是透過良好表現、態度去爭取做實事、表現的機會，為履歷加入具體的職責、實質達到的成果等。

今期流行咩暑期工
又到暑假又到暑假，學生哥放暑假去玩去癲之餘，很多時都會搵份暑期工賺下外快、自力更生，識下女仔，尋找長大的足迹。
對於暑期工初體驗的一群，最常見的不外乎售貨員、飲食業、派傳單、興趣班導師、補習、接線生、搬運。想做下文青的，可以一試書店助理、旅遊記者；喜歡追求生活品味的，可以嘗試當個咖啡室學徒、畫廊助理；喜歡大自然和動物的可以當寵物店助理員、農場動物護理員、假日農夫；喜歡接觸人群的，可以應徵各式博物館導賞員、生態導賞員、主題樂園兼職等；關心社會的「憤青」，可以自薦擔當環保大使、議員助理；想尋求刺激有趣的可以試下神秘顧客、私家偵探學徒。
其實社會上充滿著各式各樣的暑期工，選擇暑期工時不應這麼早就收窄自己的範圍、局限自己的視野。筆者做過很多不同的暑期工，但都有一個共通點，就是每份工作都建構出現在的自己。你會發現那些軟知識會常常不經意地為你的工作和待人處事方式，帶來一些啟示及助力。職業無分貴賤，只要符合以下條件，都可以趁後生一試：
1. 自己感興趣的：只要是自己感興趣的，就會做得上心，經歷自然深刻，這些經歷會轉化成你的「資產」。
2. 冷門的：人一世物一世，有機會當然要試多些，還不趁這些機會，難道要等到有家有室、「一家大細靠晒你」的時候才去試嗎?
