I work in business development for a private equity (PE) firm and I have about six months left on a three-year contract in Hong Kong, after which I am supposed to return to the UK branch. While my return should see me take a step up the career ladder, business has been good in Hong Kong and I’ve been getting negative vibes from people back home about deal pipelines following the Brexit vote.
