薪資福利往往是求職者在挑選公司時重點考慮的因素，如何用英文準確表達各種薪酬和福利呢？下面和大家一一揭曉。
很多時候，薪酬待遇不單指每月拿到手的錢，而往往是一個 package（薪酬待遇組合），包括薪金和其他福利，試看下面的例子：
- Many argue that the pay packages offered to top executives are excessive.
許多人認為高層管理者的薪酬過高。
- The company tries to match the benefits packages offered by other employers.
這家公司比照其他雇主的標準，盡量給予同等的薪酬待遇。
薪金最常用的英文單詞是 salary，一般用月薪或年薪表示，月薪是 monthly salary，年薪則是 annual salary，如下面的例子：
- an annual salary of $40 000
四萬美元的年薪
- The average monthly salary for an unskilled worker is $550.
非熟練工人的平均月薪為 550 美元。
薪水另一個常用的單詞是 wage，通常指按週領取的工資，而表示時薪、日薪或最低工資時一般也用 wage，如下面的例子：

有些職業除了基本工資以外，還有其他的金錢收入，如 commission（佣金）、bonus（獎金；花紅）、allowance（津貼）等。對於打工仔來說，最好當然是升職加薪。定期的加薪，英文用 increment。因工作出色得到業績獎勵可以用 merit 一詞，merit 後面能加很多相關的詞，如 pay、award、bonus 等等。remuneration 是較為正式的詞語，指酬金、報酬。一起看看下面的例子：

- After three months you will move to the next point on the incremental scale.

至於員工福利，最常用的英文是 benefit，通常用複數形式 benefits，另外 perk 也很常用，指額外的福利、補貼。試看下面例子中不同的福利：
