SHINEWING Hong Kong announced today the appointment of Roy Lo as Managing Partner, effective 1 July 2014. Roy assumes his new role and responsibilities from Barry Ip who will retire on 30 June 2014.
Roy joined SHINEWING in 2006 and previously served as Deputy Managing Partner. He has accumulated nearly 21 years of professional experience specializing in audit, merger and acquisition, initial public offering consultancy and risk management. He has been managing various assurance and listing projects relating to companies in Hong Kong and Mainland China as well as multinational firms. He has also been leading different risk management and internal control engagements.
