For Eva Law Kar Hee, San Miguel Brewery Hong Kong channel manager, Western Bar Pub channel, a major attraction of her profession is the fun and satisfaction she enjoys developing rewarding working relationships with her clients. “I modify my approach to meet the need of individual customers,” says Law, who explains that impressing her clients with her product knowledge and range of solutions is part of the secret sauce she applies as a committed salesperson.

“Making sure I have an in-depth understanding of our products also helps me to close business deals and get referrals from satisfied customers,” continues Law, who is proud to be part of a team that achieved year-on-year sales growth of San Miguel beer in 2016. Although she is used to interacting face-to-face with customers, Law admits it was a challenge to relax and remain confident in front of the DSA judges. However, she did it and her persistence and hard work paid off.
